It's fun to watch the progress of the house. I am so grateful that we live close enough to stop over everyday and watch the progress and see what happens. When Tammy and Josh moved from Woodbury to Ramsey it was quite a haul to get across town on a regular basis to see how things were coming along. That would have killed us.
Today as we stopped by we saw that they are finally starting on wrapping the house. They can't do the siding until the porch is poured and they can't pour the porch until they get the area warmed up.
They also insulated the foundation.
Inside we now have better stairs. Up until now our stairs were open so if you looked down while you were walking it was pretty freaky. You could see all the way downstairs. After they sheetrocked you could still see through the stairs but they were closed in a little bit with insulation and plastic. These are MUCH better.
They have also started hanging the trim and the doors.
