Happy Wedding Day!

My friend, Lori, at work got married today.
She got engaged about 6 weeks ago and when we were asking her when her wedding would be, we were all quite surprised when she said January.  I was very honored when she asked me to take her pictures for her.
I also did her flowers for her (you can see the pictures below).

The original plan was to have the wedding outside at Goosebury Falls.  Her and Nick go there around this time each year and Goosebury is a very special place for them.
The closer it got to the wedding the more it was clear that the wedding probably wouldn't be able to be outside.  It was suppose to be the coldest day of the year with a windchill of around -40 degrees.  (YIKES!)

The ceremony ended up being inside in front of a fireplace that contained a roaring fire.

Everything was absolutely gorgeous!  Lori and Nick-  Thank you for letting me be a part of your special day!  Congrats you two!

Here is a sampling from the 600+ pictures that I took.

They did a sand ceremony.  Each of them had a different color of sand and during the ceremony they all poured their sand in a glass block.  It was to symbolize their life as it was, as it is, and as it will be.

Their cake was beautiful!

Yes, that is a real deer behind them.  It was amazing!
There were two of them that just stood there and starred at us.
