I have not been putting the energy into the things that matter most lately. I am not dealing with my stress or anxiety very well and I need to make some changes.
I want to do better. I want to be better.

This is so true! I always say, the grass is never greener, it's just different! Every gardener will tell you that grass will be green where you put time and energy into making it green! You can do it!
