We were in the middle of a training session today when the alarm went off.
We looked out the window and could see that it was for real. Employees were flooding out of the building in a calm fashion finding their way to the other side of the street. Freezing but following the rules. Within a few minutes a fire truck pulled up. Ooopie!
Within 10 min we were given the all clear and allowed to make our way back into the building to finish our training.
The cafeteria in our building is closed on Fridays. It's not really a bad thing since the cafeteria isn't anything to write home about but it's sort of annoying that if you didn't remember to bring a lunch you were guaranteed a trip out to get something or needed to remember far enough in advance to order in. Until.....the Food Trucks!
We were notified by email and posters hanging in the elevator that food trucks have been secured to visit us on Fridays. They have scheduled 5 trucks, one per week for the next 5 weeks.
I missed the first few and was happy to see that I was here today to see what this is all about.
Today's truck- Tot Boss
You guessed it. Tots. Tot Nachos, Chili Tots, Tot Hotdish, Tot burritos, Tot wraps, plain tots, tots with sauce, tots with corn dogs, tots with chicken, tots with gravy....

You're training people on Epic? Or an Alscripts training? Anyway, wow, annoying that they closed the cafeteria on Fridays! Neat that they at least arranged for an alternative. Not sure I'm crazy about the Tot thing though....
