As we were heading to the model home this morning to meet Dale and Mike we drove past the lot and saw the sold sign. We got there around 8 am and when we walked in we saw a set of plans ready for us edit.
This is really happening!
We spent the next few hours reviewing the plans page by page.
We made a few changes to the plans- changed the 4th bedroom into a loft, decreased the size of the office, bathroom, and mudroom to open up the main living area, increase the size of the kitchen pantry, add square footage to the garage, and so on.
We will meet in a few weeks to review the plans after the edits have been made.
We are actually building a house!!!!
