Today is Brian's Birthday- 37 years old
It started with the girls sleeping in until 8:00 am!
When Hannah woke up she insisted on making him a breakfast tray (her description for breakfast in bed). We made sausage, eggs, and toaster strudels.
Hannah: "Mom, where is a tray?"
Me: "Ummmm, I don't think we really have one."
Hannah: "I know! We can use a pan! That's a great idea, right?!"
Hannah's Birthday message for daddy: "I love you daddy, have a nice birthday!"
Hailey's Birthday message for daddy: "Happy Halloween!"
(we will need to work on that)
We went to Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner with the Alguire's and then spent the evening at Gretchen and Troy's. Gretchen and I scrapbooked- it was nice to be like 'old times' again. The guys watching the game, the kids playing and the moms crafting :-)
I made some cards and then started on a page for Hannah's book, Gretchen completed around 7 pages! Hopefully there will be more nights like this!
On the way home Hailey sang Happy Birthday to daddy.
