Never good when you come to work and find the tiniest of nails on your desk. No clue where this guy came from. Nothing near him except that radio that isn't missing one of these anywhere.
Only explanation....it must have fallen from above.
Hmmmmm....or not. Hope that little guy isn't needed.
I guess we will be finding out soon enough.

It is my experience that most important things (like ceilings) are always held together by 4 screws, three of which are necessary and one is optional. If you discover a second random screw at some point, I would be worried. :-)
