Christmas Rocks!

The girls woke today to find that Lula had defaced their picture.

Hannah was a fan, Hailey not so much.

"Mom, why did she do that?!  I look ugly- take those eyes off!"

We spent the day at Irondale High School

The girls performed during the intermission breaks for a HS dance competition.

Hannah performed around noon and Hailey's performance wasn't until 2:45 so it was a long day but the girls actually did really really well.  The 'big girls' were great!  It was fun watching the competition and Hannah's dance teachers were competing so that made it extra fun.

Alicia and Caylee came early to hang out so Hailey had someone to hang out with for a few hours while they sat and watched.  The girls did AWESOME and looked cute as HECK!

Tonight is the Girls Miller Family Christmas Party!

This year's theme was a rock.

When we got the invite last week the idea came to me right away- ornament, filled with rocks saying Vicki's Party Rocks. Or something like that.  With everything else going on, I was determined not to get in over my head this year.  I am not stressing about this idea and if it's not the cutest, oh well, it will do.

I was pleased with how it turned out.  I wish the letters would have been a little smaller or I would have started them closer to the top but overall it turned out fine and Vicki loved it.  Mission Accomplished!

As always, the party was a good time.  I don't see my aunts or cousins enough so there is always a part of this night that makes me a little sad and full of regret but at the same time happy that we can see each other and at least we have this party.
