The Big Green Egg is Brian's true love.

Seriously - you can read it for yourself on their website.  No- but for real.- I do agree with the last statement there.  The food that comes off of that grill is a-m-a-z-i-n-g!  I am sure that most of it is the cook so that heavy egg shaped thing isn't getting all of the credit but I do have to admit that food cooked on that grill just tastes better.

We Brian uses the EGG almost every night to make dinner.  From steak to chicken to corn on the cob to pizzas.  Mmmmmm, just writing about it makes me hungry.

I love Brian's love for cooking or, more specifically, grilling! I need one of those eggs. I can see already you're going to feel about the EGG how I feel about the Neti Pot. :-)
