I haven't ran much since I completed the 5K and it is starting to bother me. Especially since when I started running it was never my plan to sign up for one and now that it is done there is a sense of accomplishment and I haven't been holding myself very accountable for continuing to get out.
That can only mean one thing. I need another app.
Meet the Ease into 10K program. 10 weeks and it claims you should be able to run 6 miles.
This should be interesting....
