All while I was getting ready to checkout at Target.
Yep! There's an App for that!

    Ha, this would be a disaster in Ecuador. App would have to say:
    "Your car is running."
    Two seconds later:
    "Your car has been carjacked."
    "Your car is now gone."
    :)
